Therapeutic Coaching
“Living in discovery is at all times preferable to living through assumptions.”
- Rick Rubin
My own experiences have deeply shaped my approach to this work. Growing up, I often struggled to understand my emotions, identity, and how to process challenging experiences. These early struggles fuelled my desire to help others feel supported on their own journeys—something I wished I had during those times. Through my own journey and my work as a therapeutic coach, I have noticed that the key is for clients to feel trust and focus on clarity, curiosity, creativity, confidence, and connection.
With over 15 years of experience and qualifications in Creative Arts Therapy, Counselling & Psychotherapy, Personal Development Coaching, and Therapeutic Supervision, I have developed a unique approach grounded in empathy, creativity, and a deep curiosity about each individual. My background as a teacher further strengthened my belief in the power of support, as I saw how unresolved issues could hold people back from reaching their potential. This inspired me to expand my knowledge of how to help people overcome obstacles so they can grow and thrive in all areas of life. This is why therapy and coaching work exceptionally well in supporting individuals to reach their full potential.
I strive to create a brave, non-judgemental space where you can explore your past, make sense of the present, and look towards the future with renewed confidence. I believe in a holistic approach—considering the mind, body, and environment as interconnected—so you can experience lasting, meaningful change that feels true to you. Each journey is unique, and it is an honour to walk alongside you as you discover the tools and insights to create the life you want. It is equally important to understand the context of our past, including generational and cultural views and expectations.

A BIT MORE ABOUT ME
I’m a curious soul who’s lived a bicultural life, travelled widely, and always been drawn to understanding how we experience the world. I’m creative and grounded, with a deep appreciation for the richness of human connection.
I love making sense of the threads between our thoughts, relationships, bodies, and histories. I bring clear boundaries, a hunger for learning, and a natural ability to see things from different angles—qualities that shape both who I am and how I support others
My work is grounded in curiosity, creativity, and connection. I believe in continuous learning, both for myself and those I work with, and in helping others discover clarity in their own way and time. These values shape not just how I work, but how I show up—with presence, openness, and respect for each person’s unique story.
